Common questions
What counts as a "brief" for the monthly limit?
A row in your workspace's Briefs tab. Pasting + extracting counts as one. Re-running the matching engine doesn't.
What happens when I hit the limit?
Reads keep working. Writes (creating new briefs / properties / pitches) are blocked until the next cycle or until you upgrade. Existing data isn't deleted.
Where is data hosted?
Singapore (Supabase ap-southeast-1) for early access. Enterprise customers can request other regions.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, any time. If you exceed the lower-tier limits, the workspace goes into read-only until you delete enough data to fit, or upgrade back.
